We
offer Progressive, Mid-Depth or Deep chemical peels. These peels are quick, safe
and effective. Damaged cells are replaced by healthier ones,
allowing clarity to return to your skin and tightness to resurface.
Whether you have acne, sun damage, fine lines or simply dull looking
skin we can individualize a treatment program just for you.

Our chemical peels are characterized by light to moderate penetration
of the outer layers of damaged skin, with minimal to no discomfort
and minimal to no risk of scarring or downtime. The deep peels of
the past are an outdated procedure due to lengthy downtime and unpredictable
results. Light to medium peels however, are an excellent tool for
rejuvenating the skin. They help restore your skin’s natural glow.
What is a chemical peel?
Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), Betahydroxy acids (BHAs) light or "lunch
hour" peels include glycolic, lactic, and fruit acid peels
(AHA) or Salicylic Acid (BHA). Chemical peels improve the texture
of sun-damaged skin, brighten your complexion, minimize pore size,
balance skin pigmentation, and/or diminish some types of acne scars.
They burn off only the outer layers of the skin to smooth out fine
wrinkles and/or rough, dry skin.
How is a chemical peel performed?
All chemical peels involve applying a chemical solution to remove
the outer layers of skin so that a smoother, more evenly pigmented,
glowing layer of skin can appear. It helps stimulate the production
of new skin cells. They are often repeated every few weeks for 4-6
sessions to achieve the desired results.
What can be expected after a chemical peel?
Typically, one can expect a small degree of slight stinging during
the procedure, which lasts 2 to 10 minutes. Afterwards, chemical
peels generally cause some flaking, redness and dryness, or skin
irritation. These side effects diminish over time. Once the body
heals itself naturally, the outer layer of skin will fall away leaving
fresh radiant skin that looks and feels younger.

Progressive, Mid-depth or deep are determined by your trained skin care practioner. She will assess your needs and determine the most beneficial skin peel formulation, application technique, and post-peel regimen.
Progressive Peels:
A progressive skin peel is the mildest, removing only the outer layer of the stratum corneum with no visible peeling. Repeated tratments on a regular schedule, up to once a week, will cause mild exfoliation of the skin with cumulative efects. This is best described as a mild, yet refining peel.
Mid-Depth Peels:
A mid-depth skin peel targets intra-epidermal layer, skin exfoliation occurs within two to three days after peel application. Light flaking may occure, similar to a sunburn witout the skin damage. Administered every 3 to 6 weeks as needed. This peel offers rejuvenating effects with minimal to no down time, lifts and reduces fine lines, wrinkles and brown spots.
Deep Peel:
A deep skin peel reached the deepest intra-epidermal layers where skin peels in large segments. Skin becomes brown and crusted prior to considerable peeling, ocuring three to five days after application. The typical recovery period lasts seven to ten days, with treatment allowed up to twice a year. A deep peel restores and renews skin with the mist dramatic results.
What Can I Expect After My Skin Peel?
Recovery and Post Peel Treatment
Due to the high level of skin exfoliation associated with skin peels, clients may expect some discomfort following treatment. While a majority of clients describe any discomfort as very managable, experiences may vary depending on the type of skin peel administered and the individuals pain tolerance. Most clients agree that any discomfort is ofest by the darmatic improvements attained in skin appearance.
A Post Peel Facial is always recommended one week after to heal the skin. Since a layer of skin has been removed now is the most beneficial time to apply healing ingreedients. During this facial applications of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes will be applied.
