In my last 4 newsletters I discussed some causes of stubborn weight loss, Causes of bloating and gas, muscle and joint pain and migraine headaches.
Well these symptoms can also be caused by Food sensitivities or allergies. Now you can add skin rashes, eczema and breakouts to that list.
Most people won’t associate these symptoms to food sensitivities. But the reality of the matter is most people will become sensitive to some food in their lifetime- because they eat it all the time. So if you become sensitive to a certain food it will cause irritation in the GI tract. Once the Gi tract becomes irritated the barrier wall becomes weakened or permeable with tiny holes called “Leaky Gut” also known as Gut Permeability.
Now undigested food particles, bacteria, yeast or parasites can enter your blood stream and create multiple symptoms and aggravations. Not to mention multiple food sensitivities.
The person who is having chronic migraine headaches won’t associate a food sensitivity, and there in lays the problem. Inflammation is at the root of most diseases!
Here is a list of the most common symptoms associated with food Sensitivities:
- Foggy Headed
- Weight Gain
- Bloating and Gas
- Skin Rashes and Eczema
- Muscle Pain, Joint Pain and Arthritis
Before spending a lot of money on a Food Allergy Test, which may or may not detect your hidden food sensitivities, try the “Allergy Free-Modified Elimination Diet” for 21 days along with our Systemic Detox Kit by DesBio. You will be amazed by how much better you feel and how much energy you have.

The diet is dairy- and gluten-free and usually well tolerated.
The primary guidelines are:
-Eliminate all dairy products, including milk, cream, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, butter, ice cream, and frozen yogurt. Avoid products like soy cheese, which are made with casein (a milk protein).
-Eliminate fatty meats like beef, pork, or veal. Select from free-range products whenever possible.
-Eliminate gluten. Avoid any food that contains wheat, spelt, kamut, oats, rye, barley, or malt. This is the most difficult part of the diet but it is also the most important. Unfortunately, gluten is in many common foods, including bread, cereal, pasta, crackers, and products containing flours made from these grains.
Drink at least two quarts of filtered water, daily.
-Avoid all alcohol-containing products including beer, wine, liquor and over-the-counter products that contain alcohol. Also avoid all caffeine-containing beverages, including coffee, caffeine-containing tea and soda pop.
-Avoid foods containing yeast or foods that promote yeast overgrowth (processed foods, refined sugars, cheese, commercially prepared condiments, peanuts, vinegar, and alcoholic beverages).
After the initial elimination phase which can be from 7 days to 21 days begin trying one food at a time. The most common foods are wheat, dairy, eggs, corn, tomatoes and citrus fruit.
You must eat that one food at breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 days and then determine if any of your symptoms came back. If they did you must avoid that food for 3 to 6 months and re-test it then. If not, try another food and so on. Remember go to our web site and download the instructions and good luck
