HAVE YOU BEEN BATTLING CANDIDA FOR A LONG TIME WITH NO SUCCESS?
If you have been battling C.Albicans for a long time you can use a prescriptive anti fungal for a short period of time to obtain a quick die-off. They are toxic to your liver so can only be given for short duration. Unfortunately in most instances it is not enough. So a follow-up with natural anti-fungals is a must for success. You must also follow an anti-yeast diet at the same time.

ARE DIE-OFF SYMPTOMS PREVENTING YOU FROM OBTAINING RELIEF?
Before starting on any Candida program I highly recommend you do a liver cleanse program because your liver is your bodies filter. When your filter is congested from the onslaught of toxic residue produced by the C.Albicans and the damage they do to the intestinal lining, which leads to "Gut Permeability" or "'Leaky Gut" which triggers an immune response and or food sensitivities, the very food that that would normally be healthy becomes toxic to your body adding to the toxic burden thus congesting the liver further.

When the liver is congested the toxins spill over into the blood stream creating many unpleasant symptoms much like the flu, head aches, detached state of mind, inability to concentrate, poor memory and a myriad of other symptoms. When you begin a Candida program you will get die-off which further congests the liver. These however, can be eliminated with a little preparation before embarking on a C. Albicans clearing program.

At our Clinic we have been very successful in mitigating C. Albicans. In order to be successful with the least amount of symptoms these steps must be followed to completion.

HOW DOES ONE CONTRACT C. ALBICANS?
Usually taking antibiotics or eating meats that contain antibiotics, drinking chlorinated water, exposure to chemicals or pesticides cause a die-off of the "pro" flora or friendly flora that normally resides in the intestines and keep the C.Albicans in check. Antibiotics are designed to "Kill off" all bacteria, including the good ones. Then the C. Albicans can grow into an overgrowth situation and lodge anywhere in the body such as the brain causing brain fog, or the lungs causing bronchitis, or the joints causing joint pain or the intestinal lining causing G.I distress..

Sign of overgrowth mentioned above can lead to systemic Candida. Which means they have penetrated the G.I tract creating "gut permeability". Where by the gut lining is now permeable. They can now enter the blood stream and become system wide. They can invade many other parts of the body. Since the vaginal tract is close to the anus of a female, this seems to be where Candida moves first. It is at this stage that female have re-occurring vaginal infections or males have jock itch. Men however, with C. Albicans contracted it after oral sex with an infected female. Males then end up with spores in their lungs!

Most M.D.'s recognize Vaginal C. Albicans but don't believe in systemic Candida. I find this negligent! In my 20 years of clinical practice I have come across numerous cases of people who in fact have Candida but were told by their M.D's that there is no such thing and maybe they should see a Psychiatrist!Some people buy into this which is very sad. Stay true to your gut feeling only you know your body. Listen to what it is trying to tell you. Our bodies give us warning signs listen to them and seek help.

IF WE IGNORE OUR HEALTH LONG ENOUGH IT WILL GO AWAY!
If you have symptoms described above you should call our office and ask about the CDSA test. It is a Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis which not only tests for yeast but parasites as well. Secondly you should ask about our Food Allergy test.

Why are these tests important?. In the "Report of Findings you will discover which imbalances within the G.I. tract have lead the Candida to grow. These factors can not only be found, but corrected. This test is unique because it tests digestion first. If you are not digesting your food properly and lack stomach acid (your first line of defense against invading organisms) the undigested food goes down into your large intestines where it ferments and provides food for the bacteria, yeast and parasites to grow. Secondly, it checks for the proper balance of "pro-flora" or good bacteria that fight yeast, bacteria and parasites. These "friendly bacteria have several functions: they help you digest food, create B-vitamins, fight off bad bacteria and yeast, and build the immune system. The test also check your long and short chain fatty acids which tell us about the integrity of the intestinal lining and propensities toward colon or rectal cancers. It check for the pH of the intestines because "Acidophilus" is an "Acid Loving" bacteria and in order for you to have a healthy colony of "Friendly Bacteria" the pH of the intestines needs to be on the acid side. Now if the lab were to find a bacteria or yeast they would culture it against Prescriptive anti-fungals or anti-bacterials and Natural anit-fungals and bacterials so you don't have to guess what to take to kill the trouble makers.

These tests are a must. I can't tell you how many patients thought they had Candida, when in fact all they had was a bacterial infection and a digestive deficiency or parasites, so the CDSA 3 P test is a must.

The Food Allergy test is also a must because of the damage done to the intestinal lining by the Candida causes intestinal permeability and ultimately food sensitivities or food allergies which then cause an immune response. If you have C. Albicans you will need to follow a food rotation diet to boost your immune system which will help your body fight of the Candida and ultimately heal the gut wall and greatly reduce the symptoms of gas and bloat and G.I. distress! If not treated what might start out as minor food allergies can lead to multiple chemical sensitivities - to the point where practically everything effects the person and a person is left with very little choices of food to consume. The final stages of Candida are mental deterioration with depression, delusions and even violent or suicidal tendencies.

NO CANDIDA PROGRAM IS SUCCESSFUL WITH-OUT AN ANTI-YEAST DIET.Usually followed for 3-6 months max. However, it is important to understand that just following an anti-yeast diet is not enough you must work at killing the candida, detoxify your system, remove heavy metals, parasites, and build the immune system.

MOST CANDIDA TREATMENTS ON THE MARKET MIGHT FAIL
Here is why. Prescription anti-fungals are not enough as mentioned before. Nystatin the preferred treatment of choice is effective at reducing localized vaginal or intestinal yeast over growth, but cannot travel through the blood stream for systemic Candida. Nizoral is difficult to absorb because most people lack proper stomach acid required to absorb it. Because yeast infections can mimic excess stomach acid, most people are reluctant to take the required stomach acid to aid in absorption. Research evidence shows this drug may cause serious liver damage or even fatal reactions. The PDR states that these drugs can only be taken for short duration's due to their toxicity. Due to this fact they can jot be taken long enough to kill the Candida. This is why a follow up program of natural anti-fungals is critical for success.

CANDIDA MUST BE FOOLED FOR SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT
The yeast can become resistant to any natural or medical therapy after a month of continuos use. I have discovered that for the best results an individual must rotate specific products every four days. The trick is that each remedy has a different chemical action in destroying the yeast. By rotating these substances the yeast is exposed to different forms of attack and resistance to the remedy is avoided.

Likewise, a anti-yeast rotation diet is fundamentally important to reduce food sensitivities which trigger immune responses, which will weaken your immune systems ability to fight off the yeast.

FOUR PHASES FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDA ELIMINATION - 4R PROGRAM

PHASE 1 -

a.) Removal Phase-Detoxification of the liver is critical for success. A 20 day period is required to clear the liver and make the body ready to handle the die-off and reduce the side effects of die-off. If this is not done first most people feel ill form the toxins spilling over into the blood stream. Our liver cleanse prevents these unwanted symptoms, supports your body, making it ready for phase 2.

b.) Identifying and eliminating unwanted bacteria and parasites and identifying the underlying causes of the Candida overgrowth are mandatory. By utilizing the CDSA 3P test we can achieve this and of course remove them. It takes 10 days to get the test results back this must be done first.

c.) The unwanted bacteria, parasites, yeast and waste in the intestines must be cleansed out. A through digestive and intestinal cleanse is mandatory. By removing the food source (i.e. fermenting waste in the intestines) and mucoid plaque that these organisms love to hide under, we have a head start in the healing process. It is here that a specific product is used that concentrates all its power on intestinal elimination.

PHASE 2 - Replacement

It is at this phase that we must replace the "pro-flora" or "friendly flora". This requires acidifying the intestines and creating balance in the G.I. tract so that the "friendly flora can grow. Acidophilus is an acid loving bacteria, thus the name Acidophilus. If your pH is to alkaline in the intestine than the Acidophilus will not grow! By now we will have back the report of findings on the CDSA 3P test. We will know where your imbalances are and take corrective measures.

PHASE 3 - Repair

Damage to the intestine (Leaky Gut) can be repaired at this time. This requires special formulations that are both anti inflammatory and promote a healthy mucosal barrier on the intestinal lining. By healing the gut wall we prevent systemic Candida and multiple food sensitivities. You will now be able to eat a wider variety of foods without reacting to them. Your food will no longer trigger an immune response and you will have improved absorption.

PHASE 4 - Rejuvenate

Your immune system can be strengthened and you can now absorb the proper nutrients needed to repair your body.
