Pediatric
specialists from the Department of Neurology at the Hospital for
Sick Children in London have performed a number of studies on migraines
in children over the years. In one study, they found that 93% of
children improved with a diet that avoided offending foods.2 Later
they examined 45 children having epilepsy with migraine and/or hyperkinetic
behavior. After eliminating reactive foods, headaches, seizures,
and hyperkinetic behavior were eradicated in 25 children and reduced
in 11 children.3
