You
probably haven’t heard this exciting news. Fatigue is no longer
an inevitable consequence of living.
“If
you’re sick of being tired all the time, don’t pour
another cup of coffee, pop another Ginseng, or drag yourself through
another day without reading this research bulletin. It could change
your life.
“And,
please don’t let anyone convince you that fatigue is all in
your head, or even worse, that you simply have to live with it.”

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is characterized by persistent or
relapsing debilitating fatigue for at least 6 months in the absence
of any other definable diagnosis. Symptoms of CFS may include depression,
hypotension, weight loss, and inability to endure stress.
Over
time, CFS can make life miserable, wearing down the body, depressing
the spirit, and making a person much more vulnerable to a wide range
of related illnesses. Living with CFS can be even more difficult
when the individual--and those others around him or her--do not
fully understand the factors behind this debilitating condition.
CFS
is often part of a complex, multifactorial health condition. There
are myriad possible internal and external mechanisms whereby the
body's metabolic system can get thrown "out of whack"
and induce feelings of exhaustion--and many of these mechanisms
are interrelated.
The
following are possible underlying causes and contributing factors
of both fatigue and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). It is important
to distinguish between the two conditions, because each one can
be triggered by different mechanisms in the body, and thus may have
very different diagnostic indicators.

Fatigue
and Thyroid Function: Fatigue is a hallmark symptom of thyroid
hormone imbalances.
Fatigue
and Adrenal Hormones: Chronically high or low levels of powerful
adrenal hormones can wear the body down and produce feelings of
exhaustion.
Fatigue
and Cellular Energy: About 90% of the body's energy is generated
by a cellular energy cycle that depends on a healthy balance of
organic acids.
Fatigue
and Detoxification: Fatigue can develop from toxic stress when
the liver is no longer able to detoxify the body's harmful waste
by-products and heavy metals begin accumulating from external exposure.
Fatigue
and Oxidative Stress: Oxidative stress caused by unstable free
radical molecules can damage the energy-producing mechanisms inside
the body's cells.
Fatigue
and Gastrointestinal Parasites: The incidence of infection from
gastrointestinal parasites is increasing in the U.S., and once these
microscopic creatures establish themselves inside the GI tract,
they can dramatically sap the body's energy.
Fatigue
and Digestive Function: Fatigue is often triggered by malabsorption
of important nutrients, along with the overgrowth of intestinal
yeasts such as Candida albicans.
Fatigue
and Allergies: Fatigue and allergic sensitivity often go hand-in
hand, with a multitude of possible allergenic substances hidden
in the food we eat.
Fatigue
and Toxins and Nutrients: Exposure to toxins from the environment,
especially in combination with key nutrient shortages, can be an
insidious source of chronic fatigue.
Fatigue
and Fatty Acids: Identifying and treating fatty acid deficiencies
has been shown to increase energy levels in many patients with chronic
fatigue.
Fatigue
and Amino Acids: As the primary source of important proteins,
amino acids play a key role in the body's production of energy.
Dear Friend,
If
you’ve ever admired women who seem to have abundant energy
and wondered, “How do I get that?”… I have great
news for you.
It’s
easy for you to get all the extra energy you want and need—without
strenuous exercise, time-consuming programs, artificial stimulants,
or spikes or crashes. Impossible? It may have been in the past,
but not now.
You
see, no matter what you’ve heard from doctors or how frustrated
you’ve felt, feeling tired is not natural, and you don’t
have to be condemned to a life of exhaustion.
Do
you often get dead tired? Feel like you’re always running
on empty? Have trouble thinking clearly? Struggle with the blues?
Look tired and slumped over? If that’s you, take heart. You’re
not alone. And I can help.
Many
of my patients tell me no matter what they do, they feel trapped
in their fatigue due to circumstances and obligations.
In
fact, when they come home from work or from being out, they’re
so beat all they want to do is flop down in front of the TV. But
they have an unending load of chores and family duties that somebody
must do (guess who?).
For
them—and for you—let me say IT DOESN’T HAVE TO
BE THIS WAY!
I’m
living proof. Today, at age 52, my energy and vitality are tremendous
and allow me to continue to work, tend to my family, and enjoy my
favorite pastimes. Today, I’m stronger and healthier, physically
and mentally, than when I was in my 30s.
How
is this possible? And what did I discover that changed my life?
In this special issue, I’ll tell you my energy secrets.
An
energy breakthrough for women
In
a moment, I’m going to introduce you to an amazing natural
discovery. It's one of the best energy formulations designed for
women I’ve seen in over 30 years of practicing medicine. In
fact, this natural supplement can…
Help
support higher energy levels
Support short-term energy
Promote energy you’ll enjoy all day long
Help maintain your physical, mental and emotional energy to peak
levels.
But first, while you probably know most of the reasons why you feel
tired, let me tell you about some of them you may not know. They’re
problems that can leave you needlessly run down and flat out exhausted.
Let
me start with…
A cause
of tiredness and fatigue
I figured
if anybody should know why I was so tired and beat down, it was
me. Yet for over three years, I suffered and nothing seemed to help.
Not more sleep. Not vitamins and herbs. Not exercise. Not eating
the right kinds of foods. Nothing!
But
I was determined to regain my strength and energy. I had too much
living to do to be put on the sidelines. So I began to do extensive
research into why I was so tired, and why so many women are often
tired and fatigued.
What
I found is a surprise to most women.
What
I found out is your finely-tuned body has the amazing ability to
produce energy from the nutrients you consume. That’s the
key—YOU produce the energy. But if your body chemistry is
even slightly out of balance, this energy is often locked-up, unavailable
to you.
The
good news is, as you’ll see in a moment, it’s easy to
increase the natural energy you want and need.
To
do so, you must first understand four key areas of your unique body
chemistry that often get out of balance, leaving you physically,
mentally and emotionally drained. Let me start with…
ENERGY
SECRET NO. 1: Less of what you need to sustain long-term energy
ENERGY SECRET NO. 2: Chemicals that zap your mental energy and motivation
ENERGY SECRET NO. 3: Balanced body
chemistry
