Dr. Rispoli offers private consultations by appointment only. These professional consultations circumvent a variety of topics, but especially focus on wellness, prevention natural hormone replacement therapy. Conferences are either in office or via conference call. You are required to fill out the online questionnaire in it's entirety prior to scheduling an appointment. Once concluded, a summary of the consultation including lifestyle, nutritional and supplemental recommendations will be emailed to you. Once you schedule an appointment time, you will be billed for the initial half hour up front. The remainder, if any will be billed subsequently after the consultation is completed. Consultations are a half-hour minimum and are billed in ten minute increments at a rate of $178/hr. Note: Once scheduled and billed, the half hour minimum is non-refundable, whether or not you keep your appointment. However, you may email to websiteorders@pacbell.net on a one-time basis up to seventy-two hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. The initial half-hour fee will be applied to the new scheduled appointment. Letters, phone calls, messages left on the answering machine or messages sent to other email addresses will not be accepted. If you miss your appointment, you will need to reschedule another appointment and you will be billed another non-refundable half-hour minimum.
